Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2007
makes unlawful, from 30th April 2007, discrimination on the grounds
of sexual orientation in the provision of goods, facilities
and services.

Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003 (and the
Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations (NI) 2003 in
N. Ireland) makes unlawful any discrimination on the grounds of sexual
