Software Licences
Copyright & Trademarks Act 2002 makes it a criminal offence to use illegal software (illegal software includes pirate copies but also unlicensed duplicates downloaded from another computer or the internet). Practices should periodically audit the software in use and ensure that it is all correctly licenced.
